Neurvona terms

Neurvona is an early-access service operated by Neurvona, Inc. Contact brett@neurvona.com. It helps you draft and optionally automate posts on X toward a mission. Optional features include paid advertising, digital products, agent connections, and Stripe sales.

Service credits and monthly renewal

Setup, editing, saved-content previews, local document text extraction, and API key creation are free. AI and third-party processing use service credits. Eligible Google or X accounts receive a one-time 10-credit promotional starter balance, with no subscription or card required. Promotional credits are not a cash payment and cannot provide the settled USD backing required for advertising. The base price is $1 USD per service credit. One-time packs: $10 for 10 credits, $25 for 28 credits, $50 for 60 credits, $100 for 125 credits. Pack totals include all bonus credits. These deals apply to the shared credit balance, including approved paid promotion. Credit units are not US dollars; each service has its stated credit price. The total credits for a pack are fixed when checkout is created; earlier purchases retain their original value. The optional $20/month subscription adds 20 credits after each verified payment and renews until canceled. Starter credits are offered once per account and authenticated provider identity; deleting or reconnecting an account does not refill them. Cancel renewal inside Neurvona; unused purchased credits remain available and do not expire.

A private writing attempt reserves $0.20 per requested post. Successful partial results charge for delivered posts; an attempt that fails after provider work starts may consume its full reservation. Autopilot checks cost $0.60 each, including writing and bounded X activity, even if the decision is to skip or publishing fails. Initial X-based persona preparation costs $0.50. Daily spending limits apply to autopilot; optional research and media have separate prices shown before starting. Credits are reserved before work begins. A lost provider response is not proof that no work happened. Uncertain reservations are retained for reconciliation and never retried automatically. Product builds use a separate legacy balance in $5 packs. Each approved build reserves at most $0.25. Successful builds cost twice the reported provider cost plus $0.05, capped at the approved maximum. A failed dispatched build can consume the reservation. Credits are prepaid services, are not transferable, and are not withdrawable cash. Refunds remove a proportional share of the pack’s total credits, including bonus credits, rounded up to the nearest 0.01 credit. Disputes remove the whole pack’s credits and can pause paid work. Cash refunds are based on the amount paid; bonus credits have no separate cash value. Contact brett@neurvona.com about unused-credit refunds. Statutory rights are unaffected.

Sales fee

In addition to the subscription and any build usage, Neurvona collects 10% of each product or API sale it processes, rounded to the nearest cent. It does not apply to outside revenue. Stripe processing fees and seller taxes are separate. By connecting Stripe and publishing, you authorize Neurvona to create buyer payments in your connected account, deduct the stated fee, deliver purchases, and request refunds for failed delivery. Stripe’s verification and separate terms apply.

Sellers and products

You remain the seller and are responsible for accurate descriptions, useful deliverables, rights to the content, customer support, taxes, refunds, disputes, and compliance with Stripe’s rules. Set a total price including any seller taxes; this release does not calculate or file taxes. US seller onboarding is supported. Only publish work you reviewed and are entitled to sell. No deceptive claims, unlawful content, or unauthorized personal data.

Digital products are complete text or Markdown documents, delivered after verified payment. They are not custom consulting or work promised for later. Purchases retain the document present at checkout. API tools must be read-only and return a successful JSON result within the documented limits.

Refunds

Contact brett@neurvona.com with the receipt for defective, missing, or misdescribed purchases. Applicable statutory rights are unaffected. A full refund returns Neurvona’s entire application fee; a partial refund returns a proportional fee. Refunds made in Stripe are reconciled through payment webhooks, which can take time. Stripe’s processing fees may not be returned. Full refunds and disputes revoke download access; partial refunds preserve access to the remaining paid purchase.

Failed paid API calls automatically request full refunds. A request can fail or take time to settle. Review pending items in API tools and your Stripe Dashboard. An accepted refund request is not proof that the buyer’s bank has received funds.

Agents and X

Connecting X grants profile, read, posting, and refresh access, but does not start publishing. Enabling autopilot explicitly authorizes original posts and any selected reposts or quote comments within your daily limits. The normal default is one post per day and no required notification email. You can choose one to three daily posts, with at most 93 automatic actions per UTC calendar month. A posted result is not guaranteed. You remain responsible for the facts you supply and content published through your account.

Optional email heads-ups require a verified address and give at least five minutes after the notice is accepted for sending. Delivery can be delayed. A private notice link lets you edit, skip, or pause while an action is waiting. A pause stops new work; a dispatched action may finish. Uncertain X writes are never retried automatically. No automatic replies, DMs, likes, follows, unsolicited outreach, or trend manipulation are provided.

Uploaded and imported information is private background. Newly imported sources require review and approval before public writing. Use material you own or have permission to share. Research is limited to the connected owner's public professional identity, cites sources, and may be incomplete or wrong. It does not authorize access to private accounts or other people's sensitive information.

AI boosts and paid X promotion

Neurvona credits fund approved paid promotion and AI selection from your shared balance. Neurvona pays X through its advertising account; you do not need X Money. The price is 2 credits per $1 USD of X media, including management. A small test reserves at most 5 credits for up to $2.50 of media. AI selection costs 0.40 credits per fresh check, at most 1.60 per rolling 24 hours, even if no boost is recommended. Both selection and promotion count toward your total and UTC daily credit limits. Enabling requires explicit agreement to the displayed prices.

X must approve Neurvona’s account, the promoted handle, and the ad. Credits alone do not grant access or guarantee delivery, reach, followers, or results. Advertising requires verified settled USD proceeds after payment fees, reversals, and existing provider commitments. Card settlement may take several business days. Unsold token proceeds are not USD funding; token-funded credits remain usable for AI tools but need converted cash backing before ad delivery.

Requesting boosting authorizes Neurvona to share your X handle, account ID, and recorded permission with X to seek access to promote your posts. The request alone neither starts advertising nor authorizes a payment. You may withdraw it in your boost controls; withdrawal pauses boosts. No approval timeline is promised. For another handle, X’s documented shared-account method creates an ad-only repost of the original post for promotion. Saving preferences does not start advertising. Separately enabling boosts authorizes the selected automatic or review mode within your total, UTC daily, and per-post credit limits.

You may pause boosts anytime. Changes to spending settings pause existing campaigns. A dispatched campaign may incur final charges. Campaigns also have limits and an end time enforced by X. Reservations are held during uncertain delivery and X’s 14-day billing adjustment window, and longer if X cannot confirm the result. Final campaign credits are charged at the stated rate, rounded up to the next 0.01 credit and capped at the reservation; confirmed unused credits return afterward. We do not automatically retry uncertain campaign creation. No new automatic advertising top-ups are offered; use the shared credit shop or an explicitly selected monthly subscription.

Native apps are development previews. You select message recipients and authorize any local Mac schedule. Messages requires platform permission; iPhone and personal WhatsApp composers require your Send action. The Mac must stay open for scheduled delivery. Submission is not proof of delivery. Configured LinkedIn and professional Instagram connections let you connect an account and prepare drafts. Scheduled publishing remains coming soon until provider permissions and delivery are ready. Pairing a Mac does not start iMessage sending. Available channel autopilots require approval of the specific drafts and explicit activation; disconnecting stops new work, while an already submitted action may finish. Automatic WhatsApp Business messaging is not active yet.

Developer API

You can sign in to the developer console with X or Google and create API keys. Keys belong to the account that created them. Keep them secret, and revoke any key you think is exposed. You are responsible for requests made with your keys and for the content you publish.

REST and MCP use the same purchased service balance and limits as the website. Keys may read private persona sources, create paid work, and control the owner's autopilot. Keep keys secret and grant them only to trusted integrations. Automatic posting requires explicit consent. An agent may enable or resume only with the account owner's authorization. OAuth connections and card entry require the account owner. Generating private drafts does not itself publish them. No endpoint can bypass X advertising approval, payment, provider availability, or spending limits.

Early access

No job, client, funding, relationship, audience growth, sales, earnings, uptime, or investment return is guaranteed. Service capacity and provider availability can pause automation. Payments use Stripe, not X Money. Neurvona is not affiliated with X. Pause products and revoke agent connections in your workspace; contact support for deletion or service issues.

Optional SMS and email bot

Neurvona bot messages are optional account controls and replies to your instructions. To connect SMS, sign in with Google or X, enter your own number, accept the separate unchecked consent box, and text the one-use pairing code from that number. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Text STOP to opt out or HELP for help, or contact brett@neurvona.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS is available for US numbers after you verify ownership by pairing.

SMS and email controls use your saved mission, permissions, and limits. Natural-language AI instructions and private writing attempts cost 0.20 credits. SMS costs 0.05 credits per incoming and reply segment, with up to eight reply segments. HELP and PAUSE replies are free. Up to 20 replies per rolling 24 hours; platform capacity can temporarily hold replies. STATUS, PAUSE, HELP, MISSION:, and REMEMBER: commands have no AI processing charge. Enabling autopilot or starting 25-credit contact research requires an expiring confirmation code. Research produces private drafts and does not itself enable sending. Setting changes pause the affected autopilots until approved again. Delivery is not guaranteed or suitable for emergencies. An instruction already dispatched may finish after you disconnect. Purchased or starter credits are required for AI, posting automation, and metered messaging when enabled. Connecting a phone or an account never activates autopilot. Free profile and mission editing remain available. Approved paid promotion uses the shared Neurvona balance at the displayed rate and requires settled USD backing.
